Problem:

How to successfully create and launch an innovative RFID-based liquor tracking inventory management system to secure significant pre-launch sales?

Solution:

I worked with the Clear View Technologies team conducting comprehensive marketing surveys, case studies, competitive analysis, and market research to gather critical insights for the development of Clear View Technologies’ product, The BarMaster.

We produced extensive marketing materials, including brochures, website content, sales training manuals, and press releases, to support the product’s introduction and ongoing sales efforts

I collaborated closely with the Product Development team to integrate these insights from the prototype phase through to the launch. To boost brand visibility and drive customer acquisition, we meticulously planned and executed a product launch at the Bar & Restaurant Expo in Las Vegas.

Results:

Working collaboratively across marketing, sales, product, and C-suite teams, I played a pivotal role in the successful launch of The BarMaster system, securing an impressive $4.4 million in pre-launch sales orders. . This project highlights the successful blending of strategic market analysis with hands-on product development and marketing execution, driving significant pre-launch sales and establishing a strong market presence for innovative technology.
